We had the opportunity to stay in both cabins that Steve had available, fuly furnished, beautiful cabins and absolutely spotless, warm and cozy fitted with, agas fire place which warmed up the cabin i in minutes perfect or the cold Katoomba nights. the owner Steve is a genuine legend he was sO accommodating, flexible and helpful we couldn't thank him enough. Across xhe road was a pond, a biodiverse hotspot, upporting numerous bird species and aquatic fe perfect to take the little one for a walk, play or just to feed the duck... read more
Impeccable cabins with everything you need. Close to walks, dog parks, gym and restaurants.
Met and exceeded expectations for a short stay at Careel Cottages in the mountains. We've stayed in other places but this place comes out on top as it has a really nice feel about it, from the ample heating options to the fantastic facilities (kitchen, media etc). Communication with hosts is first class, with detailed instructions making it super easy to self to self-checkin and feel relaxed and comfortable straight away. Exactly as advertised. Great spot, we loved our stay
We had a wonderful stay in the back cottage. The place was spotless. The beds and bedding comfortable with lots of extra blankets if needed. Overall the place was lovely, a real home away from home vibe. The fire took all the chills away of an extremely cold day, so very relaxing. Highly recommend and will be back again.
