Left crying because the NP Rachel was so condescending. Spoke to me like I was stupid and scoffed when I didn’t understand her explanation on something the first time. The front desk girls are so nice and Devin was so sweet but ultimately the situation ended in me feeling misunderstood and belittled. Yes I know what a Pap smear is and no I don’t want Rachel to do it because why would I trust someone that has no soft skills or empathy for patients?
