My wife and I went in to have a simple flu shot. We were taken quickly for vitals and then put into a small room and the door closed. The nurse said someone would be in shortly to administer the shots. After 20 minutes and no one coming to administer the shot, we asked what the problem was. We were told they were waiting for a "virtual doctor" to call back and order the shots. We walked out and will not be back. We then went to CVS and got the shots within minutes.
