I had such a wonderful experience with the nurse practitioner, Roxie! She was incredibly thorough, listened carefully, and genuinely acknowledged every concern I had. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. This is a great place!! The NP Roxie is very compassionate, listens to the patient, and will stand up for you with insurance/medications issues. The nurses/office staff has been on point. Never had an issue with attutides like some offices. The waiting room and patient rooms are always clean when I go. Ive been a patient since 2023. And I will remain one!
Great service from start to finish. Everyone was professional, respectful, and thorough. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend them. Jessica greets everyone with a smile, Beverly was great, Lillie took my blood for labs and did great. The NP, Roxann, was pretty great too. She dives deep when there is a problem and helps get answers to all my concerns.

I was seen at connect family care in Alamo Georgia on Wednesday the 2nd.of September 2026 They took me in as a walk in and I was treated very well. I was very pleased with the care I received. All the staff was very helpful and very friendly. Carol Lawrence.
