I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody. Went in at 1:55 on a Saturday. Was told by the front desk that the provider was going into a meeting at 2 and I could schedule an appointment for 3:30 or sit and wait until 3:30. Not sure why they’re even open for those 90 minutes if they can’t actually see anybody. It’s worth your drive down to Zebulon RD to Piedmont Urgent care.
The heavy set white lady at the front desk is incredibly rude. I established this location as my PCP a couple years ago, as the NP I was being seen by was so caring and respectful. I have always paid a $30 co pay here, and today she tells me my co pay is $50. I am asking her if they ran it as my PCP since I have established this location as my PCP and she very rudely says you will need to contact your insurance provider, and when I tried to tell her I have always paid $30 my card says $30 and ask did they come out of network... read more
