My wife went to CareConnect Forsyth after suddenly breaking out in hives and showing signs of an allergic reaction. She was able to get a babysitter for our three kids under 6 — a miracle in itself — so she could seek urgent medical attention. Today was one of the worst experiences in healthcare of my life. I was having an allergic reaction and she flat out refused to treat me, said I needed to go to ER. Her (older white woman with short blond-ish hair) tone was dismissive and she was indifferent to my concerns. She wouldn’t even give me a Benadryl to take to provide me some relief for the car ride to the ER. I was covered head to toe in hives, red, and feeling very unwell. The ladies here from Reception to the NPs and everyone in between are amazing! I had so much medical care recently the walking into a doctors office is hard. They always make it easy at CareConnect. I appreciate everything they have done to me.
It was a completely pleasant experience. Cherish scheduled the appt and answered all my questions, So helpful and did it with a smile. Jennifer Collin’s made it all comfortable, listened, and I felt confident I had found my Primary Care. The entire staff were just a nice team of people. The facility was clean and easy to navigate through, I was on a knee scooter. Couldn’t ask for a better first visit.
