I made appointment, entered all my info online before including insurance, got there 10 minutes early like they asked and they still took forever. She said I was checked in then 20 minutes later calls me up to the front desk and ask for my insurance. What was the point of me doing it online? It said I was first in line then they took people back before me that didn’t have an appointment. Just a waste of time honestly.

Gloria did a great job stitching me up and explaining the process to heal correctly . She is very kind and is great at making an uncomfortable situation comfortable .
Today I went into urgent care to get my son seen for a burn on his finger. He was staying calm not crying tell he had to get it looked at due to being scared and the burn hurting. To start nurse that came with the doctor was polite and nice and the nurse that did our check in was great he is always nice and understanding. Brought my daughter there for care and the bed side manner was awful from the nurse practitioner. She came in the room and told me to keep my mouth shut and not to speak then proceed to tell my daughter she gave her antibiotics when she was there a week and half ago and I told her she was not giving antibiotics only Flonase and Zyrtec.
