Have instructed most employers to change payroll companies to GTM. Unfortunately, this company has changed banks to save "money" and employees have to wait until the end of business days on Fridays to receive their payment, versus available after midnight. Please go and seek out other payroll services. Also, their customer service is lacking greatly.
Hidden fees at every possible turn. Unclear charges added at the end of tax year. Will not be using again.

If I could leave a negative -1 star, I would! DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Customer service seems a bit dense. All they want is your money and the explanation makes zero sense! There are way too many unexplained fees! I have not worked with this company in almost a year, because of the death of a loved one who was a client, and I’m still getting charged fees! BEWARE!!!!
Tehmi is a remarkable consultant! We signed up for Care.Com looking for housekeeper. We contacted her through care.com “hiring helper”. Wow it was incredibly helpful!
