Excellent service
On Friday April 18, HomePay failed to process payroll for domestic workers who rely on their system. They continue to call this an "inconvenience" and refuse to acknowledge how deeply harmful this was for many of us. What will HomePay do to repair its relationship with the nannies and other household employees who rely on them? The lack of communication and accountability from this company is astounding.
ATTENTION: Did HomePay forget that Easter Monday is NOT considered a business day???? So I won’t get paid until Tuesday!!!! Very unfair that they do this on a Holiday weekend!!!! I had to cancel my plans due to having no money because Homepay has issues with paying me on time sorry isn’t cutting it for me!!!! I’m above frustrated i’m pissed off!!!! After today I would give Homepay a zero review. You do not mess with employees payroll, they depend on it on a timely matter to pay bills. On 4.18.25, direct deposits were NOT deposited as paystubs indicated. I called Homepay to wait online for extended amount of time. I finally chose to get a callback. When finally getting a callback hours later, the CSR was rude and let me know that Bank Of America is working on the problem but it may take till the following week to get worked out!
