The agency abruptly cut off services minutes after I voiced concerns about stolen property, disrupted care schedules, and ongoing miscommunication. After one of their staff, Tawana, allegedly stole items from my home, I requested a change — asking to work exclusively with Raven, the only trustworthy caregiver I had.
