I had an excellent experience with Care Builders at Home. Several caregivers cared for my husband over the last two years. I liked them all. Hewan and Jenn came regularly and both were great, caring people who truly wanted to help and did. I am so grateful to them both.

Wow, where to start! I had total knee replacement Dec 2025. I also have hEDS, a genetic connective tissue condition causing joint laxity in multiple locations. It was a same day release home but I had a fall at home, so back in hospital for a week. My insurance for whatever reason would not cover in home care. Some of the carers showed up late, left early, and billed as if they had arrived and left right on time. Some carers spent unreasonable amounts of time on their phone, not working. Some carers improperly billed for miles driven to the home, when mileage should only have been billed for transporting the patient. (In our case, the patient was never transported by them, so no mileage should have ever been billed). To date they have not corrected the improper billing.
