Doctors and nurses are always incredibly nice. One front desk lady is always defensively rude when I have to ask for a different medicine that's out of stock. Had this happen twice already and she asked if I called around to different pharmacys. This is after waiting around for 5 hours and the pharmacy cannot get ahold of them with a direct line.
The doctors here are exceptional. The front office staff leave much to be desired. Dismissive, and not at all friendly over phone nor in person. The 3 to 4 times I’ve called or gone, the experience has been much the same. Hopefully at some point it improves.
