They provide subpar services in terms of ordering needed supplies to carry out care,, coordinating with family to schedule visits (and actually showing up for said visits), and discharging patients without prior notification or guidance. This kind of service leaves patients and their caregivers in the lurch when providing care and comfort to their loved ones.
