If giving 0 starts was possible this would’ve been 0. Not much problem with the front staff, but my NP is very useless at helping with my concerns. She will be very quick to dismiss and brush my problems off by saying that I am “overthinking, stressed and need to relax, drink more water, get more sleep, less screen time, etc.” or will simply just tell me to take advil and tylenol instead of helping to address what the root causes are. I want to be clear and state that my nurse practitioner gets 5 stars!! Always has been amazing. However, the 2 star rating is for reception. They’re frequently rude to me, and don’t return my calls. I call during business hours and it pretty much always goes to voicemail. Fine, understandable, but they don’t call back. I have to chase and chase to get an appointment.
