Two items should be updated for me to give a 5-star rating. First, I never get either an e-mail or IM as to when I will get picked up - particularly on the initial trip to the Doctor. Next, an item needs to be added to your menu "schedule a return trip" - otherwise, when you call in it thinks you want to schedule an initial trip. One never knows when a Doctor visit will be completed in advance - so the return trip is always up in the air. Having that menu item then facilitates that ride.
