I contacted the clinic and told them I wanted to record for my daughter's vaccinations. The employee took my email, but I haven't received any email for three days. I couldn't find any clinic email on their website to send them because I don't have time to call and wait on hold.
Parking is always full. I was told it's because people use it for the emergency room at RCH across the street. Even if you get a spot, it's $8 for an hour. No street parking. Cigarettes littered all over the parkade and it stinks like second hand smoke. Nurse made me wait 15 minutes because she was busy socializing at reception and hanging out in her office on her phone. Every single trip to this office is an unpleasant circus.
Have experienced frustration being a patient at this clinic as they have not been able to get a requisition sent out for me and keep “losing” or “forgetting” it… iv followed up 3 times and they still have not been able to get it out. Considering this involves my health, its been extremely stressful and not appreciated.
Our family is so lucky to have found Dr. Wang! We previously had very little confidence in the health system, but we finally feel safe and well-cared for here. Dr. Wang is professional, patient, and the follow-up care at this center is excellent. You can feel this medical center is very well organized and managed. It’s a relief to have a doctor who truly stays on top of your health.
