The wait time is too long, any other Urgent care i visited was able to get us into a room within 5-8 minutes, and a nurse and doctor was able to treat within 5 minutes, so we can be out of there quickly. For some reason, both times I used your Urgent care, it took over 30 minutes to be called into a room, and then 10-15 minutes for a doctor to come in to the room. Perhaps, you deal with more severe cases then other local Urgent Care's? I am not sure.
I was there today for an X-ray, and the X-ray technician was very nasty and screamed at me. I have had good experiences with the doctors and nurses. I have used them multiple times.
