I’ve had a great experience with Care365. The staff is professional, caring, and really take the time to listen. Appointments are handled efficiently, and the facility is kept clean and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and taken care of. One thing to note: they recently stopped taking Fidelis insurance, so make sure to double-check coverage before booking. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care.
I'm very disappointed from them, I made a vision test for the DMV they are charging $50 and told me that it will be uploaded directly to the DMV latest within 24 hours. Now, we are 5 days later and nothing has been uploaded and when I call in they transfer me to the results department where I get to VM.
