Had occasion to use this service for the first time to assist a 90-year-old neighbor whose primary caretaker was out of town. Everyone was excellent from admin to medical: Jason, Santiago, Laura, Rick, Palmero and Dr. Milano. Kudos to Palmero for ensuring she was comfortable from start to finish with what might have proven to be a vulnerable examination and blood draw without his considerable skillsets.
