I wouldn’t give this company a half of a star but unfortunately I had to so I could leave a REAL REVIEW the entire place is a complete joke calls are back to back literally TECH IS UNPAID EVEN IF ITS COMPANY TRASH SYSTEM FAULT pay is the bare minimum to be over worked the point system they go by is trash non of the team leads know half of what they’re doing upper management is very much so RACIST! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy !!

I have worked for CareXM for several years as a remote triage nurse. The company cares about the employees and I feel like they actually listen to us. A great place to work.
Be very careful they bill for services not provided and cannot explain their billing statements! Also their triage nurses don’t actually triage, their skills are questionable.
