My daughter needed an x-ray, and I was told that they don’t do x-rays for children five and under. The staff member suggested I take her to SickKids Hospital downtown. The x-ray done with no issues at Richmond Hill Diagnostic Center, which is only 7 minutes away.
The nice person and every time when I went there everything was okey and acceptable
Very strange that there’s no connection to online platforms like PocketHealth or MyChart. Feels like the Stone Age—you have to go in person just to get your images and keep them yourself. Even many older clinics offer basic digital access
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic due to the receptionist, Shabnam. Her behavior was unprofessional and quite rude. She spoke to me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Customer service is an important part of any medical facility, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, as patients deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I visited this center twice, and both times my work was handled quickly and professionally. I sincerely thank all of you.
