love this facility clean and great customer service
I've had two visits so far with my doctor Ms. Hawkins and I really enjoy her a lot. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and comforts them when they're going through difficult times. She followed up with me on a weekend phone call after delivering difficult news. I hope to continue my visits with her. If you're reading Ms. Hawkins, I think you're a fantastic doctor!
This business is highly recommended. I was initially hesitant walking into a new experience, but immediately felt at peace. Staff was welcoming and great music was playing. The waiting area was clean with comfortable seating provided. Marcella Dyson is easy to talk with and offered me great choices for improving my health. I am looking forward to the journey.

Most frustrating experience ever. Can't get a prescription for medicine to manage my GERD. Feels like I am getting blown off, promised to have med orders sent over on 10/5, still haven't gotten them. Office keeps giving runaround. Doubtful they have even sent referrals as promised. Edit: they charged my insurance for things they didn't do as well. Sketchy business practices.
