I had an overall positive experience here. The reception staff and most of the vets were very friendly, professional and caring towards my cat. There was one younger male vet who seemed a little less experienced, and I found communication with him slightly more difficult. However, I was also very anxious about my cat at the time, so that may have contributed to the communication difficulties. Overall, the staff treated my cat with kindness and care, and my experience with the clinic was generally very good.

CARE Vet provided such wonderful care for our cat, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We didn’t have to wait, and the vet took the time to give us a thorough explanation of everything that was happening. While our cat stayed overnight, the team called us regularly to keep us updated on his condition, which was incredibly reassuring.
