Aren was great, very sweet with my cat, took plenty of time to listen and explain. Glad I brought him to CARE
Both my dog and I felt calm upon entering when I was quite stressed, and my dog is usually anxious at the vet. The staff were busy yet remained friendly and professional, special shoutouts to nurse Grace and vet Dr Arun (?) for having really gentle and educational approaches to explaining everything. I now know I can call to get advice or call ahead before arriving which is very helpful.
