My veterinary hospital loves this product, however, placing an order with this company is AWFUL. Every time I try to place an order, they say it's currently not in production and won't be made until "x" months from now. That's when I actually speak to a human being, which is a rarity. Emails and calls generally go unanswered.

We placed an order for Two 1-Gallon jugs of surgical scrub; the total amount of which was immediately with no reason why, email, or phone call when we were otherwise expecting our product. I have tried several times to contact them via phone, but nobody seems to want to pick up or check their voicemails. Ever. The Ask A Question feature on the website doesn't even work. We've had nothing but problems ordering from this company and it's practically a miracle when a successful transaction occurs.

This business is unbelievable. They NEVER answer their phone - it always goes to voicemail. Then their voice mailbox is FULL and you can't leave a message! You can place an order online, but there is never any confirmation. They take your money but you have no idea whether they are going to ship the product or not. Who is running this company? They have a great product in their Techni-Care scrub, but what good is a product if you can't get it??
