The therapist herself was great, but the billing side was a mess. I kept getting hit with unexpected charges and random fee notifications that didn’t add up. Every time I tried to get an explanation, the reception staff seemed clueless and couldn’t give me a straight answer. The whole thing felt disorganized and really frustrating.
Disorganised, sub-standard OTs with difficulty obtaining other providers such as quality Speech Therapists. Admin has poor communication! Do not recommend for NDIS clients
I’m actually frustrated by the lack of consistent check-ins on how services have been progressing for my family member, and it feels like very little has been achieved so far.
This company is terrible sends you ‘’ reminders’for bookings that you have not booked nor are interested in. Within ‘’ the reminder’ it sends a number for you to call to cancel it. However when you call the number it is a recording and impossible to talk to anyone to cancel the so called booking that you did not request nor ask for. Furthermore because you did not ask for the booking and unable to cancel it we waited to to see who would show up for the ‘booking ‘ and no one at sll showed up but still an invoice was sent to N... read more
Care Squared was supposed to provide Positive Behaviour Support for my daughter, who has ASD and a history of behavioural challenges, but the experience was really disappointing. The team didn’t seem to take the time to truly understand her needs, and the support we received didn’t make the positive difference we were hoping for. Instead of feeling supported, our family was left stressed and let down. I’m frustrated with the level of care we received.
