If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disappointing experience. After waiting weeks for an appointment, the company didn’t even bother to call or email to let me know they wouldn’t be showing up. I only found out they weren’t coming when I reached out myself. Their excuse? The person who scheduled the appointment had apparently left the company. Completely unacceptable.
Absolutely appalling behaviour from Madeleine Graham, I stupidly engaged this individual to work with my daughter and It was an absolute disaster, (I should have read these reviews first) Madeleine breached the confidential information of my daughter and other children, along with other complaints of misconduct, my daughter has not been the same after contact with this organisation and this therapist, this has now been referred to the NDIS and the Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO).
I'm an Independent support coordinator from Neurodivergent Buddies, and I highly recommend Care Squared Occupational Therapy services. One of my clients is very satisfied with the occupational therapy support that was provided by Elly Laguzza. My client was previously hesitant to meet a new therapist and had difficulties finding a therapist who “knows what they are doing”. Very simple to use and navigate
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I made the mistake of contacting them without reading the reviews first, and it was a disastrous decision. They tried to swindle us out of over $400 for services they never even provided! They began booking appointments without a signed service agreement. Now, they're having the audacity to send us an invoice for cancellation fees, despite us never having signed a contract with them. To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent.
