Service was extremely poor and ended up wasting both time and money. Use this company at your own risk.
I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. My experience with Rebecca Porter (so called Dietitian) was absolutely terrible. She made inappropriate comments to my 14 year old son about his weight, implying that he should have lost weight. I found this incredibly inappropriate and upsetting, particularly coming from someone working with children and people with disabilities. This is a total waste of time. I’d give zero stars. After waiting so long for an appointment, they didn’t show and didn’t bother to tell me. I only found out when I called them. Their reason? The person who booked it left the company. Completely unacceptable.
It’s hard to say, but Care Squared really let us down. They were meant to support my son with ASD, yet it never felt like they understood him or what he actually needed. The help they provided didn’t improve anything. It just made things more stressful for our family. We left feeling disappointed and upset after hoping for real support.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! 0/5 stars I am absolutely appalled by the way this company has handled the sudden removal of its AHAs. My child has severe autism and has an incredibly difficult time trusting and bonding with people. After a huge amount of time, patience and consistency, he finally formed a genuine bond with one particular AHA at this company.
