Care Squared has been nothing but a headache. The idea of having all services under one roof is nice, but in reality, no one communicates and everything falls through the cracks. The admin team is anything but responsive, and I’m constantly stuck waiting for answers. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
Avoid them completely. They’ll hit you with random bills months after a visit you already paid for, then claim the extra charges are for reporting.You won’t hear a word about any of it until a debt collector is suddenly contacting you. They even billed us for people we never saw. It’s shady, messy, and absolutely not worth dealing with.
My experience with Pana in management at Care Squared hasn’t been very positive. The process felt slower and more complicated than it should have been, and arranging support for my sons ended up being more stressful than expected. The clinicians we’ve worked with so far haven’t consistently connected well with my teenage sons, and the overall support hasn’t met the level we were hoping for. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending the team.
It’s frustrating to say this, but Care Squared ended up being a huge disappointment for us. They were supposed to provide Positive Behaviour Support for my son, who has ASD and real behavioural challenges, yet it never felt like they truly understood him or what he needed. For all the talk about being caring and professional, the actual support barely made a difference. If anything, it added more stress for our family. We walked away feeling let down and honestly pretty upset after hoping for real help.
The therapist herself was great, but the billing side was a mess. I kept getting hit with unexpected charges and random fee notifications that didn’t add up. Every time I tried to get an explanation, the reception staff seemed clueless and couldn’t give me a straight answer. The whole thing felt disorganized and really frustrating.
