Care Squared was supposed to provide Positive Behaviour Support for my daughter, who has ASD and a history of behavioural challenges, but the experience was really disappointing. The team didn’t seem to take the time to truly understand her needs, and the support we received didn’t make the positive difference we were hoping for. Instead of feeling supported, our family was left stressed and let down. I’m frustrated with the level of care we received.
Highly recommend Care Squared! Having all my services with the one provider who actually talk to each other has saved me so much stress and time wasting. The admin team are so responsive. I never have to wait or wonder what's happening. Go with Care Squared if you are looking for a provider!

My daughter sees an occupational therapist, he is super reliable and answer questions. The service is outstanding, the admin team are super helpful and makes everything easy and understandable, taking a huge weight off my shoulders. The occupational therapist works towards reaching all my daughters goals.
