I was pretty disappointed. While the OT and psychologist were clearly skilled, the whole experience was overshadowed by how long it takes to get an appointment. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get help and the system just isn’t responsive enough. I’m not saying they’re bad at what they do but the scheduling delays really make it hard to feel supported.

I was very impressed, they’re clearly skilled at what they do. This isn’t a bad review at all; my only suggestion would be to improve appointment availability. Other than that, both the occupational therapist and psychologist did excellent work.
