Very poor service. Rude reception staff. We did an appointment and when we went there for no reason we waiting for 2 hrs without service and we left after that

Very poor service. Rude reception staff. This is an unprofessional and disorganized office. You and your loved ones deserve better. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for medical services.

Everyone I interacted with was very kind. This includes the front desk personnel, Nursing Assistants, and the Nurse Practitioner (Jennifer Kimak) that took care of me. Looking at previous reviews, it seems I got lucky. Or perhaps it was because I was respectful, kind, and patient with them, too. The front desk was understaffed. I arrived at 4:45PM for a 5PM scheduled appointment. The front desk worker was still trying to finish her lunch that she began at 1PM. Don't go here!!! Not enough Dr.'s or staff to take care of what walks through the door. I checked in at 930 am and at 230 pm I'm still outside waiting. I was told it was gonna be a 3 hour wait and it's been 5. They don't car about getting you seen. They get paid the same regardless.
