Dr Angela Council is lazy and only cares about a check. Has no concern for her patients. This entire office excluding Betsy Whiteside, needs to be fired. All of them are unprofessional, have horrible attitudes and only care about getting paid.
Yesterday was my last time going to this doctors office for health concerns. I came in to get my UTI treated by my regular doctor ( Dr Angela Council). I had also woken up with extreme back pain that morning. A pain I have never experienced in my life. I expressed my pain to her and my partner was there to witness it. Long story short she told me my UTI was positive and prescribed me medication to treat it. She told me the pain was caused by the UTI, that it was normal and would go away in 24 hours. Jane Whiteside is an excellent health care provider. She listen and take time with her patients. Her nurse is always on top of things and always pleasant. They will respond in a timely manner when I leave a message. I am proud to have them in our community and I am a patient
The doctor ( Dr. Council ) at this facility actually had my daughter who had one of the worst cases of the flu ( fever, nausea, vomiting, weakness, etc…) to go back to SCHOOL feeling miserable after only a (1) day and a half of starting the medication prescribed. I feel as though some of these physicians do not care about the health of patients or their surroundings areas. Angela council has no compassion for her patients or their situations. Was thriving through the MAT program and getting my life on track. Put me on a medication that a patient should be weaned off of. There was no weaning and that is putting my health at risk. Put my health mentally and physically at risk. Providers should not be apart of recovery care if they don’t have a single clue on how to help or atleast do all they can to insure the person doesn’t relapse or go backwards.
