they were to send me my supplies in November 2015 and never came , never called and I have been calling since November to see why my re-order supplies are not here and they don't answer or please leave message and i've left many messages and they don't call back. I reported them to medicare

Poor service nobody answer the phone for 20 minutes. Nobody call back if you leave the phone number for contact later

Even after cancelling my auto-renew shipments multiple times -- 2 times over the phone, 4 times via email and 2 more times via letters -- I still continued to receive shipments and continued to get charged. I kept paying until the last time when I marked the box as Return to Sender, gave it back to the Post Office and refused to pay the bill. They kept trying to charge me for this shipment and even reported me to collections. Horrible customer service. Don't recommend anyone ever using this company because they're lying, no ... read more
