If I could give a zero, I would. My in-laws came up from FL and they forgot the charger for a medical scooter, I called this company trying to buy a charger. I was told that if the scooter was not purchased there, they could not help me. Great business model. I know where Not to go or send anyone who needs business equipment.
Care services are amazing! They came to our home to make sure all equipment would fit correctly for our son. They also took us through a catalog to make sure we got all the restraint pieces we needed. When it came in they delivered it, made sure it was set up correctly, and made sure we new all the ins and outs of the equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing medical equipment!
