worst place ever! i went because my ear felt clogged for a few days and i couldnt hear anything out of it ( my normal doctor was booked up for a few weeks) , the doctor told me i had alot of fluid behind the ears but couldnt give me anything because there was "no infection" - so i called my normal doctor and she told me they definitely should have given me something to treat my symptoms . fast forward two days later i go to the ER because both of my ears are now clogged and turns out its an infection + fluid building up . so... read more
First of all everyone there is nice. But my first appointment 2 nurses got into a bad argument and I overlooked that. But they are the worst with refilling my prescriptions. I was without my insulin for about a month because they wouldn't fix the prescription for the one my insurance covers. I was at my cardiologist today and my blood sugar dropped to 46. And because they called in the wrong monitor to check my sugar my insurance won't cover the lancets or strips for that monitor and I can't test my sugar. So my old primary ... read more
