Very straightforward company with no upselling. Our job was simple and literally just required cleaning and drying. They came out for the estimate within 30 minutes of my call and were able to get us scheduled the same day. All the staff were very pleasant and answered my many questions thoroughly.

I recently had a pipe burst in my basement. Care restoration did a fantastic job drying everything out. They were also willing to work with me on a payment plan, as my insurance was attempting to deny my claim. They have been amazing to work with across the board. Their mitigation team did a great job of explaining exactly what they were doing and everybody else has been great. I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise (hopefully it won't).
