Here again, called about 3 weeks ago asking to change a specialist doctor and when I call again to find out about the new referral, after leaving my phone number to be called back, someone calls and I can hear it breathing on the phone and never said a word. Called again and after they returned my call, someone at Miami Beach says that she only picked up the phone because no one else did but she can’t help me because she just answered the call.
