Bad experience. After spending 30 min long on the line waiting to be attended, the scheduler told me that the location in Oakland Park, FL is short staffed so they can’t accept patients with my insurance. This is an issue that most of the insurance companies don’t know.
I want to say that Dannette at the Broward Dental Reception desk, has been so helpful to me on multiple occasions, way beyond what I’d consider normal. I can’t express enough how comfortable she’s made me feel.
