The fact that you responded to a review 5 hours ago that was posted 5 months ago says enough about you guys. But to clarify, my friend was working with a program that was helping him with the application fees and such. All of which was explained fo Mike. I never said that he offered him an apartment nor did I say he told him he was approved. But he did say that he was willing to work with him and the program that was helping him out. Do not rent from this company... They are all about keeping your money. Worst company I have ever rented from..
My friend was working with Mike at Tedarla properties on getting his application approved. They had already had discussions about his situation and Mike said that he was willing to work with him as long as he fills out the paper application for their records. When he was on his way to deliver said application he was involved in a bad car accident. He of course communicated this to Mike and got him the application the following day.
