Extremely disappointed with the building management. Ongoing issues like illegal parking and a complete lack of action or accountability have made living here frustrating. Residents’ concerns are constantly ignored. Think twice before trusting this company to manage your building.
Terrible reception team! Phoned the team this morning to follow up on an email I sent 6 days ago as my car was broken into. I was requested by the police to contact my STRATA to get the footage sent to me. As I received no response I phoned and was met with two very rude and hostile reception staff! I was told ‘you don’t want the footage then, I won’t help you’ and she then hung up on me! Horrible horrible way to speak to someone.
If you're looking for a Strata company that values professionalism or basic human decency, I suggest looking elsewhere. My experience with Brenda, in particular, was extremely unpleasant. She was shockingly rude, dismissive, and displayed the exact opposite of what you’d expect from someone in a “care” role. It was, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional interaction I've had all year. Dealing with her left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. The team that make up 'Care Property WA' are exceptional. Serena Vivian is meticulous, organised and highly skilled at what she does. She isn't just a Strata Manager, she is also a team player and always happy to help anyone. Gemma Saint is well-read, intelligent and keeps the team vibrant. Their Strata Assistant is pro-active and positive. I would highly recommend Care (Perth Portfolio) to anyone looking for a stand out Strata Team, they really put the 'care' factor back into the industry! - S2
