Terrible reception team! Phoned the team this morning to follow up on an email I sent 6 days ago as my car was broken into. I was requested by the police to contact my STRATA to get the footage sent to me. As I received no response I phoned and was met with two very rude and hostile reception staff! I was told ‘you don’t want the footage then, I won’t help you’ and she then hung up on me! Horrible horrible way to speak to someone.
If you're looking for a Strata company that values professionalism or basic human decency, I suggest looking elsewhere. My experience with Brenda, in particular, was extremely unpleasant. She was shockingly rude, dismissive, and displayed the exact opposite of what you’d expect from someone in a “care” role. The team that make up 'Care Property WA' are exceptional. Serena Vivian is meticulous, organised and highly skilled at what she does. She isn't just a Strata Manager, she is also a team player and always happy to help anyone. Gemma Saint is well-read, intelligent and keeps the team vibrant. Their Strata Assistant is pro-active and positive. I would highly recommend Care (Perth Portfolio) to anyone looking for a stand out Strata Team, they really put the 'care' factor back into the industry! - S2
We have used Care property for strata management and I would not recommend. The managers are overloaded meaning there’s a delay in response and they’re not proactive. We’ve found that they just relay messages rather than act on behalf of our property for services such as gardening for example. Council of owners are directing the strata on what is included in existing scope (crazy cause the strata should know and have ).
