CPM has been great! We recently switched to Care Property Cleaning to handle our cleanings for our home in Lakewood Ranch. We are snowbirds, but also occasionally rent our house out to others and our guests have really been pleased with the cleanliness of the home. We also had CPM meet with a couple contractors and to follow up with progress pics of the work which really relieved our worries. Care Property Maintenance really does "Care" for our property and we could not be any happier with them.
We met Shelley of Care Property Maintenance in a just-by-chance meeting and conversation with her at Publix. We visited at the register and I told her about our new home we had purchased and how we were trying to find someone to prep as we were making it a vacation rental. She began giving me some great advice and kindly asked if I would like her to take a look it.
