Dr. Allen-Ayodabo is not pro active and always in a rush to get through the appointment. I asked for a certain type of blood work for my condition and she refused, I thought doctors were about caring for their patients as this clinic name implies. No stars but have to give one to post this.
Hi Dr. Bhatt, Thank you for seeing me last Monday. I usually feel anxious and extremely nervous when visiting doctors, but my condition pushed me to walk in that day. I had been dealing with a rash for about 3.5 months and tried several ointments with little improvement. After following your prescription twice a day, the symptoms (redness, itch) improved dramatically within 3 days. I’m very grateful for your care and for taking the time to listen.
I am absolutely horrified by the lack of professionalism that I just experienced with Dr. Bhatt at this clinic. I asked for bloodwork for chronic health prevention purposes, and without asking me about any of my history, I was scolded by the fact that I am not going to the same clinic despite me previously explaining that I don't have a family doctor, and that this was the only clinic that was accepting walk-ins. Absolutely impossible to reach anyone here and I’m supposedly a client. 99% of the time, I just Google my symptoms or ask a nurse friend because it’s way to frustrating to deal with the receptionists at this place.
For how popular this clinic is, their receptionist are extremely proactive. I was seen by Dr. Mah, she may be the best doctor in the city. Doctors like her are as rare as unicorns.
