My family are recently new to Darwin and we had been recommended (by our previous family doctor) to register at the Care Point Clinic. Amazing service all around by the receptionist staff and especially by our treating doctor, Dr Linga
We visited this practice because it was the only one we could get into. They were able to get us in quickly which was good. We chose Dr Khan as they said they were mother, had a special interest in women’s health and antenatal care and I was experiencing breastfeeding issues with my newborn. Dr Khan seemed knowledgeable. Very disappointing experience with the billing service. At the time of my wife[ poonam Ravani] appointment, the front desk staff did not ask for my Bupa card or insurance details. Later, I was unfairly charged a $30 late payment penalty, which was not my fault. On top of that, I was charged twice — first a $30 late fee and then an additional $77.15. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Doctor Lawrence. He was extremely patient and attentive throughout the entire consultation, never interrupting me at any point. He also thoughtfully and proactively measured my weight, height, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. I am very thankful for his thoroughness and thoughtfulness. Additionally, the front desk staff member who assisted me was also very friendly and polite throughout the entire process, with a gentle and kind attitude.
