Great agency! They are very kind and helpful I’ve never had any issues.
My husband was a client about 4-5 years. At first Care Plus was recommended by the VA. The care giver came for three days a week for 4 hours. She was in charged of watching my husband while I did errands, fed him lunch, cleaned up and changed him if he soiled himself. At one point the VA hours were not enough. I needed 24 hour care because I had surgery and needed 24 hour care for 12 weeks. Care Plus came through! Great care of my Stepmom for 4 years. Always helpful and understanding Caregivers go beyond expectations
Both my Mother and myself were very pleased with all of the Care Plus Providers which provided assistance during her two week recovery period. She liked all of the individuals and commented on how comfortable she was with them. They were nice, professional, knowledgeable, great cooks and willing to accommodate her needs and requests. The administrative office was well organized with prompt phone responses and good communication.
My parents have been clients of Care Plus Providers for over 2 1/2 years. By a stroke of fate, we were assigned to 2 amazing 24/7 caregivers. I worried about who could care for my parents better than me, but found the answer with T and C. They are proactive, attentive, cook wonderful meals and give lots of love.
