We've been having Care Plus give twice weekly care for my father who is in independent living but needs lots of help. The providers at CPP have been excellent... always on time, attentive, caring, and friendly, and they're very proactive in reaching to me with any thoughts on how he's doing, any updates or concerns, or anything they think he might need. I highly recommend them for senior care!
I have begun to work with Care Plus Providers to assist with home care for my 85-year-old, older sister who has dementia. She has CalPERS long term care insurance. It has been a challenge to get her approved for coverage!! CPP personnel - Gina, Dashy, Edward and staff have assisted me as well as 2 care-givers, affiliated with CPP, who are working my sister at her home 4 days a week. Great agency! They are very kind and helpful I’ve never had any issues.
My husband was a client about 4-5 years. At first Care Plus was recommended by the VA. The care giver came for three days a week for 4 hours. She was in charged of watching my husband while I did errands, fed him lunch, cleaned up and changed him if he soiled himself. At one point the VA hours were not enough. I needed 24 hour care because I had surgery and needed 24 hour care for 12 weeks. Care Plus came through!
