Care Plus doesn't care to help me figure out why I don't receive their calls. I've been going there 3 months. I've never received a call from them notifying me my prescriptions are ready. I have to call or show up and hope they filled it. I let them know last month and they confirmed my #, then blew it off. Same thing today. I can't use a pharmacy that doesn't call when prescriptions are ready. They won't send emails. I needed today's prescription LAST WEEK when it was filled, not today.
