The pharmacist is extremely rude and impolite. Stay away from them.
Firstly, it’s really annoying that this pharmacy keeps filling only one month supply of my medications, even though my doctor prescribes me 3 months at a time. My insurance does not cover their dispensing fee so I am paying that out of pocket every month instead of every 3 months. They think their patients are stupid and won’t notice this. Our go-to pharmacy for some years now. Staff is not only knowledgeable, as one would expect, they politely make sure you understand the dosage and when to take relative to meals and such like. They are well organized, courteous, fast and accommodating.
I had the pleasure of meeting Magued Zekry owner of IDA Care Plus Pharmacy today. He was very helpful and kind. His staff are also very nice and helpful. He took care of all my prescriptions and explained what I needed to do. I would highly recommend his pharmacy to anyone looking for one. Thanks again
