My dad received services from CarePlus and they staff was very genuine to me and my dad and son. The director was down to earth as well and Thank You All God Bless. I loved the multiple options as well!

Atrocious “service” Had workers leave, not wanting to clean. Had worker ask for meds. Had worker “wash” dishes left with food on it and put away dirty. Had worker that put everything in my cabinets after “washing” dishes, like it was a junk drawer. Had supervisor come several times to find out “how I wanted things done.” He told me he himself was coming to help. My caseworker asked him to do so.
