Sierra on the level two of the care plus advantage has been wonderful and so pleasant to speak with. We hate and procrastinate calling because it’s always such a hassle she went above and beyond to help. So extremely thurough you couldn’t have a better agent on your team. She didn’t rush us and had such a positive and helpful attitude. I’m helping my father a senior citizen and it’s usually so so hard for me to get anything done she is by far the best!!!

Just had one of the drivers of their vans cut right in front of us while on the interstate to make their exit at the last second. They should get better drivers that don’t do dangerous things like almost run people off the road.

I don't want to give any stars because this company did not approve my father's hearing check by a doctor and didn't approve his hearing test because I signed him up to a different insurance which begins on January 1st, 2024! They are suppose to cover him until the end of the year, which is December 31st! Terrible customer service!
