I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in for an inspection, and at no point was I informed that there would be any diagnostic or check-up fee. The mechanic took the car inside and then came back recommending a full axle replacement, which is a major and expensive repair. However, after getting a second opinion, it turned out the actual issue was only with the axle boot — a much smaller and cheaper fix. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment because it was slightly out. Unfortunately, after the service, the alignment was much worse than before. I’m very disappointed with the quality of work and feel that my money was wasted. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
