They were hired to bring my mom to a Dr appointment from her rehabilitation center and were 3 hours late. They did not even call me or the nursing home. My mom just sat and waited. Luckily, the Dr still saw her because he understood. The nursing home hired them again for transport home and were 90 minutes early. She was not ready and I was not at her house to assist. Unbelievable.
This transportation is the worst I have ever seen in my life, appointment is 1:00 they came after 1:00 and there is always a stupid excuse for not getting here on time. It is the worst, sometimes they don't even show up.
My patients are always waiting an insane length of time. Every time I call to get an ETA, they are always “just around the corner”, “almost there”. But the patients consistently wait 2-3 hours for pickup. It is egregious
These guys transported a relative to her specialty doctor. We had no issues, very pleased. Although we don’t control her transport I would recommend if I could.
