Excellent Service! Would highly recommend!
Appointment at 11:30 AM. Driver came at 12:30 PM. I got to the facility for blood work at 1:45 PM and I finish at 1 PM and the driver pick me up for a return trip at 2 PM and I got home around 2:30 PM. This is a bad company. I don’t recommend at all.
The driver of this vehicle not only ran me off the road, he was speeding in and out of traffic. As a person that works in the healthcare industry I couldn’t imagine this person driving patients to their destination.
My patients are always waiting an insane length of time. Every time I call to get an ETA, they are always “just around the corner”, “almost there”. But the patients consistently wait 2-3 hours for pickup. It is egregious, never seen this with any other transportation company
