The driver of this vehicle not only ran me off the road, he was speeding in and out of traffic. As a person that works in the healthcare industry I couldn’t imagine this person driving patients to their destination.
My patients are always waiting an insane length of time. Every time I call to get an ETA, they are always “just around the corner”, “almost there”. But the patients consistently wait 2-3 hours for pickup. It is egregious, never seen this with any other transportation company

Horrible Experince: My mother is in a rehab home from breaking her ankle. She has a lot of hardware in her ankle and I’m 22wks pregnant and I can’t transport her myself considering. We had no issue getting to our appt but pickup is HORRENDOUS. Gave us the run around for over and hour and a half. Called at 1:30pm waited an hr then called to see the status and still here at 3:45pm. Care Plus is an excellent support when it comes to our resident's transportation needs. Margarit is quick to respond to emails in regard to setting up transportation. Every driver we have come in contact with has been polite and professional.
