UPDATE: Since the below review, another pharmacist from this location called me to not ask how to help/apologize, but to pressure me/bully me into deleting this review, explaining they get robo calls and that's why the other pharmacist was hanging up on me and ignoring my calls....and this pharmacist that called me did NOT offer to actually assist/help with the original medication issue. The staff is very kind. One of the ladies helped me find what I was looking for and was very patient with me. I appreciated her help and the excellent customer service.
This company is the worst. Their customer service over the phone I needed to speak 3 -4 ppl representatives after AI messages, repeat my full name with spell every single time to get through the person who even listen your issue. It's forever and after ordered, they texts you confirmation - cancelled - talk to your provider etc, so much confusion and time consuming to even complete the order. It's hassle and too much to deal with.
