Working with Jodi S. was a true blessing and I am very grateful for her guidance, professionalism, generosity, and personality. She worked steady and focused to find a place for my dad in an assisted living location that is perfect for him. I feel like I received special treatment, but this is just how she operates! That to me says a lot, and I highly recommend Care Patrol and especially Jodi for anyone else in a similar situation.
Care patrol saved the day! My mom has MS and due to a recent fall had rapidly lost her ability to stand or transfer on her own. Following the lovely 72 hour notice from Medicare (right before Christmas nonetheless)we knew she wasn’t going to progress enough yo go back to her assisted living facility. Merisa with Care Patrol helped our family find a senior living facility for my mom that would check all the boxes. She spent so much time with us listening, learning and eventually leading the way to some beautiful choices for my mom. This process would have been completely overwhelming without Merisa and Care Patrol. I will share her info with anyone and everyone I meet looking for help and direction with their aging family members.
Care Patrol made the process of finding a proper placement for my mom so easy. My parents made no plans for this stage of their lives and we had no idea how to go about finding a place. The emotions surrounding the situation made things all the more complicated. Jodi walked us through the options. She and Jennifer made the transition (paperwork, coordination of care, etc) so easy. If you need help with placement of a loved one, even if time is running short, these folks are a good bet. We are truly grateful for Care Patrol
