I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do NOT bring your loved ones anywhere near this place! The staff is not qualified in any way and the director will lie right to your face. Absolutely terrible place to bring your elderly family members. I worked there and I did it for my grandma and the things that happened to her are true because they happened at care partners. Had to call the cops the day I quit and the boss looked at me and said u won't. This have nicknames for the workers. Its a terrible place i dont recommend it.
Where to start. My mother in law is currently in shawano, trying to get her closer to us in the valley, this location 4.1miles from our home, for memory care secure unit. My wife got called on wednesday and asked if she could be up there by 9:30am absolutely, my wife went to look at facility wednesday during the storm. Shebthought it was great fit.
