Where to start. My mother in law is currently in shawano, trying to get her closer to us in the valley, this location 4.1miles from our home, for memory care secure unit. My wife got called on wednesday and asked if she could be up there by 9:30am absolutely, my wife went to look at facility wednesday during the storm. Shebthought it was great fit. Absolutely terrible place to bring your elderly family members. I worked there and I did it for my grandma and the things that happened to her are true because they happened at care partners
This particular location has a very crappy company culture. Staff sleeping on the job, and still having a job because they are short staffed, wrong reason to keep staff on. Lazy staff. Bed sores and skin breakdown is ridiculous! Falls are high, due to staff not answering call lights in a timely manner.
