I work for a doctors office- and to be quite honest, this is the worst pharmacy to try and get a hold of someone. Even trying to get a regular associate to pick up the phone is a flipping joke- I sat, trying to get a call in to a pharmacy associate for a patient's medications and after trying all day to speak with someone, I finally had to give up because my shift was over (I work 9 hour shifts- I started calling around 10am when the patient called the office, clear up until 430 when I left work) For shame- and the only reas... read more
