This place have new ownership over a year ago and has gone downhill since. The previous owner would always made sure my medication were delivered and received in time. New management now forgets to fill a patient's RX even after calling them 3x. All they do is apologize and give empty promises of being delivered the next day. I called the pharmacy a week in advance and now it's been 1.5 weeks and my mother is out of her meds for a few days. The staff go far & beyond to meet their customers needs. They each are friendly, caring & supportive particularly during tough times. Im so glad i happened to of stumbled upon Care One by chance. Best pharmacy as of yet!
This is a small pharmacy in Fountain Valley. Clean, efficient and friendly. Have a huge selection of medications- from generic to brand name.
The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to meet my needs. I appreciate that they care about my well being.
