As many ppl before me I really don't recommend because one they don't take information properly two they make you wait even if they aren't doing anything just sitting there meaning reception ladies they had inputted information incorrectly now I'm being sent a bill when I tried to rectify was told we will send it to the office no calls or updates I'm changing DR'S I guess ppl like being miss treated that is why they still go there the Dr is nice but personally I think she can get better receptionists
The absolute worst!! My daughter is 3 and every time u have to get a prescription it takes 3 days of ringing down their phones and running behind them. By the time u get it u no longer need it. Very poor communication skills. Been waiting over one month for my daughter epipen prescription and until now. Wait time to see the doctor is 1.5 hours even thou u have an appointment. 3 other family members go there and are all Planning on changing doctor for the same reason. I will be doing the same.
