Todd was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and did a great job teaching me how to use the CPAP machine, clean the device, and the dos and dont. I highly recommend Todd from Care One.
They no longer take Meridian or medicaid insurance, and I am left to find a new provider. I was told this after a week of back and forth emails trying to get new supplies for my machine I received from them. They have good products, but are going to lose a lot of customers over this decision.
Very efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with regarding my care. Todd is top tier, patient-focused, and helped answer all my questions
I went into the appointment feeling anxious and right from the beginning Todd put me at ease. He had such a calming presence and was understanding about my concerns. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and did not rush me. I left feeling comfortable with the machine and no longer anxious about using it. Thank you Todd!
This place is excellent Todd helped me he explained everything about my CPAP machine taught me how to use and maintain it , I felt like an expert when I left there, I’ve had no issues…
