Todd was amazing!!! Very helpful and informative.. He made this stressful experience calming. I really appreciated his help and I look forward to working with him when needed.
Went in for a CPAP machine and consult - Todd handled my appointment. The guy is very extremely knowledgeable about the devices and insurance process. He comes pretty much prepared for any question you could possibly ask from an operation, maintenance and billing perspective. He does have his spiel as he goes through the procedures so I encourage anyone that works with him to ask questions throughout. He is personable too so its nice to see someone that isn't super corporate.
We have used Care One for years for the CPAP users in our family. Other than a few snafus with orders, for the most part we have been very pleased, especially with Todd at the Troy location. He has been a godsend helping both users here with all our technical issues, settings info, mask options, teachings, etc., especially recently. He is very knowledgeable, patient, caring, always calls back in a timely fashion and has been a huge help. It’s nice knowing there’s support there, not just getting supplies.
