The appointment to pick up equipment went quickly and efficiently while teaching me the do’s and don’ts of my new machine. Informative staff with great suggestions.
This company is responsive and knowledgeable. The rep I talked on the phone with had all my info and I didn't have to repeat it to her. I needed a new reservoir and received it less than a week later in the mail. That is great service. Five stars!! (I didn't talk to the wonderful Todd. :-) It was a young woman, and I didn't get her name, but she was wonderful too)
Todd was thorough and very personable all while conducting the demonstration in a very reasonable time frame!
Todd did an amazing job, very knowledgeable and supportive.
Todd was my Clinician and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my fitting and explanation of the equipment and functions. What could be an overwhelming situation was made easy and enjoyable as we discussed and tried the CPAP equipment mixed in with some talk about our local sports teams. I look forward to experiencing a good night sleep tonight with my new CPAP Equipment!
