I must say that my experience was a great one. Felix was the Technician that came to introduce me to the equipment. He was prompt and explained everything thoroughly. Felix walked me through every step, answered all of my questions and explained everything in great detail. It actually made reading the manual that much easier. Great Instructor! Thank you Felix 🤗.

Felix was extremely polite and considerate. He called ahead of time to ensure me that he was on his way. He was incredibly informative on showing me how to use the CPAC machine. He took the time to ensure that it fit properly and gave me instructions on how to clean and maintain the equipment.
