I just had one of your technicians Thomas come to my house to check out my c-pac nose piece. He was fantastic. He did not rush and took his time explaining how to use it. He was fabulous. He went over every step that needed explaining and he made sure I totally understood how to use it. I’m so glad you sent Thomas to my house. He is an asset to Care One. Thank you again for everything Thomas did. Looking forward to using the machine tonight and remembering what Thomas told me to do. Thanks again.
